CookDiary speeds up

CookDiary 3.4

CookDiary has been released approximately a year ago. Since then we received a ton of great feedback and feature suggestions. We tried to implement them as good as possible and did not charge for any update as a thank you for your support.

These wishes did show us that you only really see what is expected of a program when it is in use. We were suprised to hear how many recipes some users managed with CookDiary. Unfortunately the software got a bit sluggish when handling a lot of recipes.

This has been remedied now. With the new update CookDiary has gained a tremendous performance boost. Switching categories is quicker,  the program starts faster as well and older hardware is much better utilized.

CookDiary seriously reduced its impact on Memory, CPU and the nerves of our users. Cooking and Planing should now be much more fun especially with big recipe collections.

Thanks a lot for all your feedback and have fun cooking!
